Leeds Half Marathon

The Leeds Half Marathon is one of the highlights of their sporting calendar. It’s Yorkshire’s biggest hospice run and has raised thousands of pounds for local and national charities. You know how I like to run for charity!

Huge crowds turn out to cheer on thousands of runners taking part in support of a host of worthy causes. Last year’s event raised a record £150,000 for its partner charities, amazing! Firmly cementing its reputation as one of the North’s leading charity road races.

This sporting event takes place on Sunday the 10th of May 2015. Please click here if you’d like more information to enter.

About Paul Stainthorpe

Running has been part of my life since 2011. While growing up I hated running and would do anything to avoid it at school. Give me a ball and a racket any day. It’s funny how some things change. I run for good. In 2012 I ran the 12 Days of Christmas for the Percy Hedley Foundation. In 2013 I attempted (with friend Lee Nyland), the 12 parkruns of Christmas for the Tiny Lives Trust.
